Brief Description

A typical shift might include:

  • Greeting guests with a welcoming, upbeat attitude as they arrive
  • Providing fast, friendly, and attentive beverage service
  • Accurately taking drink orders and communicating them to the bar team
  • Assisting with drink preparation and presentation to guests
  • Stepping behind the bar and supporting bartending operations when needed, including during high-volume periods
  • Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervening when necessary in accordance with all safety guidelines
  • Building relationships with guests, remembering names, and creating a loyal customer base
  • Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group venues and experiences in a positive and professional manner
  • Collaborating closely with other bottle servers, bartenders, barbacks, security and management
  • Resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of bottle service or cocktail serving experience in a high-volume, upscale nightlife environment
    • Bartending experience or willingness to be cross-trained and jump into a bartending role as needed strongly preferred
    • Full availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
    • TIPS or other recognized alcohol server certification required
    • Strong communication skills with guests and team members
    • Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for dance music and nightlife culture, with an ability to contribute to the overall energy and vibe of the venue
    • Present a polished, high-energy, and professional image that aligns with and positively represents the BSMNT and Big Night Entertainment Group brand
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

    Non-typical office hours will be customary including evenings, weekends, and holidays
