Model Server (Bottle Server)

About the role

Maya Dayclub is currently looking for Model Server (Bottle Servers) to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships
• Book VIP reservations
• Execute VIP presentations
• Provide ongoing table maintenance
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding guests' expectations
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests' orders, and up-sell when applicable
• Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Able to perform well under pressure and stress
• To maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications
• Be comfortable working in swimwear
