What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
- Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
- Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
Your Qualifications
- Hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants)
- Specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
- Ability to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
