About the role
You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our brokerage business and other business units (Customs and Managed Transportation Services).
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, run discovery, quote, close and onboard.
- Pipeline development: build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified accounts.
- Post-close transition: hand off closed deals cleanly to our ops team, ensuring the customer is set up for success and the relationship carries forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B Sales, with a focus on value-oriented services, preferably in cross-border logistics.
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, enrichment platforms) to accelerate research, build materials, and move faster.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Experience in cross-border logistics or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
