About the role
We're seeking a Sales Account Executive to help us drive growth in the Denver market. If you excel at B2B prospecting, are self-motivated, and have a talent for building relationships, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales growth and develop new customer relationships in the multi-family market.
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Present our flooring products and installation services, helping customers choose solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide pricing, floor plans, and essential details for onboarding new customers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct job site inspections and share insights with the operations team.
- Keep the sales office and sample showroom organized.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the multi-family industry.
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Word.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Denver area. Qualifications
