Brokerage Rater - Temporary
About the role
We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks within the Brokerage department. You could be part of the team!
Responsibilities
- Ensures that exports comply with local customs regulations.
- Performs general brokerage tasks related to the export of international shipments.
- Carries out other technical and administrative tasks related to the role.
Requirements
- Brokerage certification – preferred
- Previous experience in a call center environment – preferred
- High school diploma – preferred
- Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) – preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Results-oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork mindset

Pay
Salary is competitive and varies based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
13:00 – 21:00, Monday to Friday
09:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
09:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
