Job Summary

This position involves evaluating all import duties for international packages and performing general intermediary tasks.

Responsibilities

• Valuate duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on imported merchandise.
• Ensure that duty and tax evaluations comply with local customs agency and revenue regulations.

Qualifications

• Intermediary certification - Preferred
• Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days a week
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a call center environment - Preferred
