Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Work internally with the Carrier Sales team to secure the best available transportation solutions for LiVe Logistics customers.
- Schedule all necessary pick-up and delivery appointments and communicate any issues throughout the duration of the shipment.
- Manage the load board for your assigned accounts to ensure world-class service is provided each day.
- Develop strong relationships with LiVe customer contacts and facilities to best understand their shipping needs and to organically grow customer accounts.
- Service accounts with professional urgency, proactively resolve issues, and strive for continuous improvement of operational efficiencies.
- Assist the Manager of Operations and the Account Management Team as needed.
