Position Responsibilities
- Develop and build relationships with new partners as we grow our business
- Manage and grow all existing pre-settlement and medical lien broker relationships, including directing transactions through the submission to funding stage
- Oversee all contact with brokers and attorneys: initiating contact, following up, answering broker and attorney questions
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the pre-settlement or medical lien field (plus)
- Personal Injury knowledge (plus)
- Ability to work with sales and other high energy personalities
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and Excel
- Ability to manage professional and executive relationships that require high touch
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills for communicating with C-suite executives
- Must be self-driven, motivated, and high energy with desire to take ownership of sales channels
