Adam Merrick Real Estate (AMRE) is hiring motivated agents to join our full-time team and serve our ever-growing client base. Your Commitment

To qualify for this guarantee, you need to meet a few requirements:

• You must be a licensed real estate agent in Illinois and a member of good standing with the Peoria Area Association of Realtors.
• You must be employed full time by AMRE for 12 consecutive months.
• You agree to complete all required meetings and training, including a 2-week AMRE Onboarding Training and the AMRE Apprenticeship Program.
• You agree to be present at the office at scheduled times, for regular meetings, training, and coaching as outlined in our agreement.
• You agree to complete minimum standard tasks and call lists as outlined in our agreement.
• You agree to host two open houses per month.

Take home $60,000 your first year, or we'll pay the difference.

We're so confident that AMRE will equip you for success, we guarantee that you’ll make at least $60,000 your first year working with us—and if you don’t, we’ll pay the difference.
