About the role
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker position based in Rogers, AR.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying or selling real estate properties
- Provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Facilitate seamless transactions by managing client relationships, conducting property consultations, coordinating showings, negotiating offers, and collaborating with team members
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and state and federal laws
Qualifications
- Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate with a proven track record of successful transactions
- Strong skills in providing exceptional Customer Service and building client relationships
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques relevant to the real estate market
- Understanding of Real Property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Holds an active real estate broker license or meets state licensing requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Proficiency with real estate technology and tools is a plus
Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
