Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying aircraft owners through warm and cold outreach
- Building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients and business owners
- Managing sales pipelines from lead to close with precision and urgency
- Running market comps and valuation insights with support from our tools
- Negotiating, structuring, and closing aircraft transactions
- Leveraging our CRM, systems, and back-end support to stay focused on what you do best: selling
Requirements
- A strong background in sales, real estate, aviation, or finance (or a killer track record of closing)
- An obsession with performance, personal growth, and earning what you’re worth
- Able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
- To thrive in a high-autonomy, commission-driven environment
- To be self-disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working remotely or independently
- To have a genuine interest in aviation or to be eager to become an expert quickly
