Responsibilities
- Secure new brokerage assignments and generate new revenue channels
- Facilitate and broker the full scope of real estate transactions, from formation to closing
- Acquire, maintain, and represent buyers, sellers, building owners and tenants
- Manage portfolio or rental properties
- Aid clients in finding suitable non-residential properties
- Guide clients on agreements, mortgages, and market prices
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers
- Coordinate exchanges of ownership
- Fulfill marketing functions such as listing, writing advertisements, and arranging viewings
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
- Participate in networking events and occasional workshops
- Manage listings and existing client relationships
- Draft legal contracts and documents related to the real estate transaction
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties
- Perform office and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Active Real Estate License
- Driver’s License required, ability to drive to and from client and office locations
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond to emails and adapt to new technology, systems, and processes
- Ability to communicate with clients and comprehend their requests
- Ability to maintain a stationary position on a frequent basis
- Ability to travel for deal leads in addition to networking and workshops as necessary
