Broadcom CA Gen Application Developer (Medicaid Systems)

About the role

Neos is seeking a Broadcom CA Gen Application Developer (Medicaid Systems) for a long‑term contract with a client in Austin, TX. The position is 100% remote; candidates do not need to be local.

Responsibilities

• Architecturally responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for Texas Medicaid systems using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen).
• Involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of modules and those that interface with other applications.
• Combine technical skills with knowledge of Texas Medicaid systems and business processes to develop effective solutions.
• Set direction for solutions and development plans as they impact the application.
• Maintain client relationships and identify/implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA).
• Medicaid industry experience required.
• 15+ years of experience in application maintenance and/or development.
• 15+ years of development experience in CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen.
• 15+ years of experience with SQL.
• 15+ years of experience with Texas Medicaid systems.
• 15+ years of experience with HP NonStop (aka NSK, Tandem) technical platform.
• 15+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships.
