About the role

The University of Arizona's Athletics Department seeks a Broadcast Operations-Stats Crew/Table Crew member to join our team. We are dedicated to excellence in collegiate sports, fostering integrity, innovation, and student-athlete success.

Responsibilities

• Controls and records statistical in-game history for use in on-screen graphics.
• Prepares and records statistical in-game information and text for use during live broadcasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborates with Game Management and Officials to ensure information is accurate and shared with the Conference.
• Manages live statistics such as game clocks, score updates, stats, and player information during games.
• Troubleshoots any technical issues with graphics software and hardware during live events to ensure accurate information is presented.
• Safeguards proper formatting and storage of statistical elements for future use.
• Collaborates with the Replay and Video Operators to ensure smooth transitions between graphics and video segments, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Operates, updates, and records scoreboard and stat-tracking systems during events, ensuring real-time accuracy and updates.
• Budget accountability.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
