Job SummaryOur client, a leading media and entertainment provider, is seeking a Broadcast Motion Designer to join their in-house creative team. This role will help shape the visual identity of their television stations and national streaming services. Contract DetailsType: ContractDuration: 4 months, 08/31/2026 – 12/31/2026Location: Tampa, FL or RemoteWork Arrangement: Onsite or Remote Core ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality motion graphics and animations from concept through completion across broadcast, streaming, and digital platformsDevelop generative creative workflows using AI tools to create images, textures, and video assetsCraft and refine advanced text-to-image prompts to maintain consistent visual style, tone, and character continuityTransform AI-generated content into production-ready assets using Adobe Photoshop and other post-production toolsCollaborate with Art Directors and stakeholders to visualize and develop creative conceptsResearch and test emerging AI tools, plugins, and technologies to improve creative workflows and efficiencyDeliver polished visual content under tight deadlines while maintaining brand standards and adhering to copyright and ethical AI guidelines Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)2+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D motion designStrong proficiency with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4DHands-on experience using AI-driven creative tools for generative design, image/video synthesis, automation, upscaling, or workflow accelerationStrong understanding of design fundamentals, including composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytellingExperience developing and refining prompts for generative AI toolsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesAdditional Requirement: A motion design compilation reel is required for consideration Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Experience creating motion graphics for broadcast television, streaming, sports, news, social, or digital mediaExperience with Runway, Gemini, or similar generative AI platformsExperience curating or fine-tuning AI-generated content to align with specific brand guidelinesExperience experimenting with emerging AI tools, plugins, and creative technologiesDegree in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related fieldExperience working within established brand standards and visual identitiesStrong portfolio demonstrating 2D/3D motion design and AI-assisted creative work Key Competencies & BehaviorsCreative & Innovative: Brings strong visual storytelling skills and explores emerging AI technologiesAdaptable: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing creative and technology landscapeCollaborative: Works effectively with Art Directors, stakeholders, and creative teamsDetail-Oriented: Maintains a strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and brand standardsCurious & Technical: Proactively experiments with new tools and workflows Work EnvironmentLocation: Tampa, FL or RemoteWork Arrangement: Onsite or RemoteSchedule: Flexibility to work various hours/shifts as needed Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00 per hour.
