Motion Designer

About the role

SlickPay, a leading Algerian fintech, seeks an experienced Motion Designer to create impactful animated content, strengthen brand image, and support user acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce 2D/3D animations and dynamic videos for multichannel campaigns (digital, social media, advertising, events).
• Bring the graphic charter to life with explainer videos, UI/UX animations of the app, and promotional capsules tailored to fintech and the Algerian market.
• Manage end‑to‑end video production: storyboard, editing, graphic integration, sound design, and format adaptation for each channel.
• Adapt the visual universe and messaging of offers for consumers, partner merchants, and businesses (B2B & B2C projects).

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within a tech company, startup, fintech, or creative agency.

Qualifications

• Advanced mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Figma is a strong plus.

• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, attractive visual elements.
