Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering broadcast, live event and video projects from concept through completion.
- Research information and obtain materials necessary for production.
- Aid producers with content, production and cost/benefit decisions for projects.
- Independently carry out parts of projects.
- Produce special/minor projects.
- Organize scripts, presentations, and special introductions.
- Assist and oversee post-production of final product.
- Perform IP checks and other administrative tasks designated by the producer.
- Guide production planning, documentation, approvals, contingency strategies, intellectual property requirements, vendor partnerships, deliverables, and final asset archiving.
- Shape project direction, provide creative consultation, and bring ideas to life by collaborating with talented teams and trusted partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two to three years’ experience working in theatrical, broadcast and events production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment; proficient in using project management software and tools; collaborate with and communicate clearly to stakeholders; show an understanding of technical and production workflows; industry expertise in best practices and available communication technologies; passion for high levels of customer service; strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
