Broadcast/Event Associate Producer

About the role

The purpose of this position is to help bring God's children unto Jesus Christ by increasing understanding of His Church and its divinely appointed responsibilities of assisting in gathering Israel on both sides of the veil and preparing the world for the Second Coming of the Savior. This position will assist producing materials and messages that invite all God's children to follow Jesus Christ. Lead powerful live productions to touch hearts, minds, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Lead powerful live productions to touch hearts, minds, and spirits.
• Assist producing materials and messages and leads powerful live and recorded productions to touch hearts, minds and spirits.
• Partner to find, create, and lead solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church delivered via live events and/or broadcasts.
• Foster an environment of trust and unity and build upon each other's strengths and ideas to manage and provide compelling products and develop clear and timely communication.
• Provide trusted creative vision, robust project management, persuasive leadership, and world-class expertise to create compelling and influential deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree. Preferably in a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of two - three years’ experience working in theatrical, broadcast and events production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstratable Skills And Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in using project management software and tools. Collaborate with and communicate clearly to stakeholders. Show an understanding of technical and production workflows. Industry expertise in best practices and available communication technologies. Passion for high levels of customer service. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
