About the role

The role is an Associate Attorney with a focus on drafting and preparing legal briefs. It is a full-time, permanent position based in Houston, TX, either remote or on-site, set to begin in the next month or so.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal briefs
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies
• Conduct research to support legal arguments
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Civil Litigation
• Expertise in drafting and preparing legal briefs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Texas
• Passion for civil litigation

• Ability to work under pressure

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000/year.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 35+ hours per week.
