Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate for Wage & Hour Firm Based in Houston (Open to Remote)

About the role

The firm is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate with 5-8 years of experience in Civil Litigation. Expertise in commercial litigation, wage & hour, and personal injury/torts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through trial
• Collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Adhere to and apply the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Requirements

• Expertise in civil procedure
• Experience with commercial litigation, wage & hour, and personal injury/torts
• Full-time, permanent position starting in the next month or so
• Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000/year

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Passionate about civil litigation

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
