Bridge Staff Engineer – Transportation

Position Responsibilities

• Bridge Design: Work on every aspect of bridge design projects, including inspection, structural calculations, geometry layout, plan development, and construction coordination.
• Project Development: Assist in progressing bridge projects through the design process, including report writing, environmental permit coordination, and development of contract specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a young, dynamic team in progressing challenging bridge projects, gaining technical knowledge and project management expertise from your peers and higher-level staff.
• Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.

Skills, Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in bridge design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/OpenRoads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation And Benefits

Estimated Salary Range: $73,424 – $92,352*

Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
