Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial bricklaying and masonry.
- Proven technical proficiency with levels and the ability to maintain plumb and level work at high production speeds.
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and onsite logistics.
- Demonstrated history of reliability, self-motivation, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Direct experience working with and jumping Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems.
- Familiarity with large-scale commercial masonry production and safety protocols.
- Ability to mentor junior laborers and support the professional growth of the crew.
