Commercial Brick/Block Mason

Lang Masonry Contractors is hiring experienced Brick/Block Masons for an upcoming commercial project in Akron, OH starting in September. Earn up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus and join a team offering steady, year-round work throughout Ohio and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Safely install brick, concrete block, stone, glass block, terra-cotta block, and other masonry materials while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and production.

Requirements

• Previous bricklaying or blocklaying experience is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout instructions.
• Knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and proper installation methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to job-site safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Willingness to help wherever needed to keep the project moving.
