M H Masonry Associates Inc, one of the largest masonry subcontractors on the East Coast, is seeking experienced Brick & Block Masons to join our elite field teams. This hands-on role supports high-value commercial, industrial, and government projects across Virginia. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Lay brick, concrete block (CMU), and stone on large-scale commercial and structural projects
- Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
- Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout according to project standards
- Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, and related materials per design requirements
- Safely operate power saws and masonry tools to meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with foremen and crew members to ensure quality and schedule adherence
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial brick and block masonry
- Proven ability to read and work from construction drawings
- Strong knowledge of CMU, face brick, and related masonry materials
- Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to regional job sites throughout Virginia

Pay
$23–$28 per hour, based on experience + Performance & Year-End Bonuses
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- Overtime opportunities based on project needs
Work Location
Primary reporting area: Lynchburg, VA. Projects located throughout Virginia. Travel to regional project sites required.
