About the Role

Breeze Airways is seeking “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our XXX Crew Base. As one of our most visible Team Members, you’ll ensure the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members. Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience
  • Maintain a safe work environment and practice safety-conscious behaviors
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other Team Members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly and remain approachable
  • Stay flexible with changing schedules due to operational, weather, or unforeseen delays
  • Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol)
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • Communicate clearly during instructions, including emergency and evacuation procedures
  • Administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
  • Conduct security screenings if needed
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  • Able to travel to/from the United States without restriction
  • Current Passport with a minimum of six (6) months remaining prior to expiration
  • Height requirements: able to reach emergency equipment and have adequate head clearance
  • Sufficient vision and hearing to carry out duties
  • Able to sit and buckle into a Flight Attendant jumpseat
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
  • Able to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
  • Complete 3+ week full-time Flight Attendant Training
  • Willing to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to work “Reserve Assignments”
  • Adhere to Breeze Airways Tattoo and Piercing policy (no teeth embellishments in uniform)

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Bending, kneeling, standing, walking, and moving through aircraft aisles for extended periods
  • Lifting luggage and pushing/pulling catering carts (up to 60 pounds)
  • Opening/closing overhead compartments (up to 50 pounds)
  • Operating aircraft doors and emergency exits (up to 90 pounds)
  • Assisting disabled passengers
  • Working in a pressurized cabin environment with changes in altitude and air pressure

Training Details

  • Must attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three (3) months
  • Training will take place at Breeze Training Academy facilities near Salt Lake City, UT, Providence, RI, or other Breeze Base locations
  • If training in your base city, no hotel accommodations provided but per diem and mileage offered
  • If training outside your base city, Breeze will fly you to training and provide shared hotel accommodations and per diem
  • Paid after successfully completing training

Part-Time Details

  • Monthly Guarantee: 37.5 flying hours per month
  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Provo Airport
