Job Responsibilities

• Stocks bar items daily and fills ice bins as needed
• Ants to needs throughout the shift
• Keeps all areas clean and organized
• Reports to work on time and ready to start at the scheduled time
• Works harmoniously with bartenders to fulfill guest orders
• Taps kegs during events
• Ensures prompt, quality service is provided
• Processes orders from guests in a professional manner
• Abides by operating standards and policies
• Ensures safe work habits and follows all safety policies

Qualifications

• Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification
• Ability to interact with co-workers
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Reading, speaking, and writing English
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Working long hours, flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma
• Flexible in daily position; ability to work in multiple positions if needed
• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
• Effective listening and taking direction from supervisors
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile
• Working email for communication with managers

About the Role

The Barback/Cocktail Server is responsible for providing supplies and serving beverages to guests at the Breckenridge Bourbon Club, an all-inclusive field-level club at Empower Field at Mile High. This role involves stocking bar items, assisting bartenders, and ensuring prompt and quality service.
