Club Cocktail Server, Lambeau Field

About the role

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an energetic, attentive seasonal Cocktail Server to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Cocktail Server, you will provide excellent service and care to create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders
• Serve alcohol beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system so bartenders can prepare orders
• Pick up and deliver drinks to guests
• Observe and follow-up with guests for additional service needs
• Accept and process payments or direct customers to the cashier

Requirements

• Adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Basic math skills for counting inventory
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 50 lbs
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout facility
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during entire length of shift
