Breast Surgery Specialist

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join an established Breast Center within an independent hospital. Key responsibilities include leading and growing the breast surgery program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team comprising Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Breast Imaging, Plastic Surgery, Nurse Navigation, and Survivorship. The role is exclusively focused on breast surgery with minimal inpatient duties, offering a dedicated OR day and outpatient care. Qualifications include Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery, fellowship training in Breast Surgery, and experience practicing independently. The candidate should have a collaborative, patient-centered approach and interest in program development and leadership.
