Breast Surgeon

About the role

The Valley Medical Group is seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained breast surgeon to join their NAPBC-accredited Breast Center. The Valley Health System is accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons and is known for its multidisciplinary cancer care.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and surgical care for patients with suspected or proven disease of the breast
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary case conferences
• Engage in all breast cancer program initiatives
• Serve as a faculty member in Valley’s General Surgery Residency Program
• Offer teaching, mentorship, and academic engagement opportunities

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board eligibility or certification in General Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Breast Surgery
• Existing or eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS required

Pay

Salary range of $450,000 to $500,000
