Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and interpret studies
- Perform procedures and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with oncology/surgeons in weekly breast conferences
- Utilize home workstations to increase production and maintain work-life balance
- Collaborate with physician group resources to optimize operational efficiency
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology & fellowship trained in Breast Imaging
- Successful completion of a residency or fellowship commensurate with the area of specialty
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state
- Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted DEA registration
- Board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty (Diagnostic Radiology with Breast Imaging fellowship), by a board acceptable to the Hospital
- Able to obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institutions
- Strong clinical skills with experience in breast imaging and intervention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Preferred Experience
- Experience with a variety of breast imaging modalities and interventional procedures
