About the Role

Join our team as a Server and play a pivotal role in crafting extraordinary dining experiences. You will facilitate guest dining by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering items efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and beverages
• Complying with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and suggesting upsells for unique menu items
• Accurately and quickly taking orders, inputting them into the POS system, and handling billing
• Operating, maintaining, and cleaning restaurant equipment and fittings
• Ensuring the restaurant and outlets are tidy, organized, and adhere to safe food handling procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of food and wine; experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
• Professional appearance and manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on department needs
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications (e.g., food handler’s certificate or alcohol training)
