Position Summary

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable experiences by delivering a wide range of services, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to interacting with guests and maintaining clean work areas. Success requires a safe workplace, adherence to policies, quality standards, and professional appearance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure proper arrangement for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen.
• Interact with and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu information.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Schedule

Part‑time, Day shift.

Pay

Hourly rate: $7.25 per hour. Tip eligible.
