About the role
Restaurant Servers are the front-facing employees who interact directly with customers during their dining experience. Their primary responsibilities include taking and delivering food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Take customers’ food and drink orders
- Ensure all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and enhance the dining experience
- Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders as needed
- Aid in setting tables and rearranging them for larger groups
