The Ocean Restaurant at Cape Arundel Inn & Resort is hiring a Part-Time Breakfast Server.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Necessitates knowing how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion
- Works under pressure, multi-tasks, and stays focused with constant interruptions
- Understands hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management as it pertains to the selling of food and beverages
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels for all events
- Continually strives for sales growth by having ongoing knowledge of all current menus
- Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging. Anticipate your guest’s needs
- Engage in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
- Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
- Be a good example while working alongside team members

Qualifications
