Breakfast Server

About the role

As a Restaurant Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs in a courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner, and escort them to their tables.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu offerings, including food and beverage options, specials, and promotions, and provide recommendations to guests as needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, noting special requests or dietary restrictions and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas throughout the meal service.
• Engage with guests in a courteous and attentive manner, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
