Responsibilities

• Create welcoming breakfast experiences by setting and clearing tables promptly.
• Engage with guests, taking their food and beverage orders with a friendly demeanor, and entering them into our point of service system with precision.
• Ensure each meal is prepared to perfection by coordinating closely with our culinary team.
• Present checks to our guests, processing payments with care when required.
• Step into multiple roles such as food running or bussing during peak times, showcasing your versatility and commitment to exceptional service.
• Contribute to enhancing our guest satisfaction scores through attentive service and a proactive attitude.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing necessary safety equipment, and staying informed about MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure each guest leaves happier than they arrived, epitomizing the ultimate guest satisfaction.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support team efforts and management directives.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, but your passion for service speaks louder than your qualifications.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, or equivalent training, to ensure you’re ready to jump right in.
• Familiarity with POS systems to keep service running smoothly.
