Schedule

Full Time | Monday – Friday OR Tuesday – Saturday, 5:15am - 1:30pm

Pay

$21.00/hr - $22.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine
• Cook according to menus, production sheet, and recipes with consideration
• Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
• Deliver all invoices to Dining Services Director in a timely fashion
• Maintain records of meals served and records of food and supplies used as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Breakfast Cook in a restaurant, senior living, hotel, or similar food service setting
• Minimum 5 years of cooking experience required
• Food Handler’s certification as required or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Demonstrates understanding of Mise en Place through proper placement and preparation of ingredients

Skills

• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based, and custom applications
• Ability to fully support kitchen brigade associates
