Breakfast Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare all items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
• Maintain a clean work area
• Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance and temperature
• Set up equipment
• Verify stock levels
• Clean cooking equipment
• Manage flow of food orders
• Follow sanitation and safety standards

Requirements

• A good sense of balance
• The ability to multitask
• Lift up to 50 pounds waist high
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work with others as a team
• Exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
• Use motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
