Breakfast Cook (w/ Full Benefits)

What will I do every day?

Aid in the creation of visually appealing dishes.

Cook according to established menus, production sheets, and recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Submit invoices to the Dining Services Director promptly.

Keep accurate records of meals served and utilized food and supplies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Breakfast Cook in a restaurant, senior living, hotel, or similar food service setting.
• At least 5 years of overall cooking experience.
• Proficiency in using various forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of mise en place and its application in ingredient handling.
• Must have a Food Handler’s certification or be willing to obtain one.
