Breakfast Attendant - M Club Executive Lounge

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are also required.

Responsibilities

• Set up the M Club to ensure fresh items are presented throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the M Club/concierge lounge.
• Serve guests, attend to their needs, answer questions, and apply suggestive selling techniques when appropriate.
• Break down and restock the area, ensuring all parts are clean, polished, and stored.
• Provide information to guests about:
  • Local areas (e.g., social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions).
  • Location and hours of operation for all hotel facilities, including daily and weekly events.
  • Local restaurants and events.
• Perform side work.

Requirements

• A high school education or equivalent is helpful.
• One year of food service or related experience is helpful.
• Effective verbal English communication skills.
• Full mobility, continuous movement, and constant, strenuous lifting up to 40 pounds.
