Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets
- Ensure the buffet remains well-stocked at all times
- Receive and relay customer orders to kitchen staff
- Clear tables of used cutlery and crockery
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service
