Breakfast Attendant

About the Role

LTD Hospitality Group has an immediate opening for a Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, customer-focused candidate committed to meeting guest needs at the Staybridge Suites Charlottesville-Airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed daily
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
• Set up serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and other paper products
• Arrange cold food items like pastries and cereals
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
• Prepare and set up hot food items following menu requirements
• Wipe up spills and maintain cleanliness throughout breakfast hours
• Restock items consistently during and after breakfast service
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage
• Return reusable food supplies to storage
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including removing trash and cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors
• Perform other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by the manager

Schedule

This position typically works 4-5 early morning shifts per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
