Breakfast Attendant

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to hotel standards
• Prepare simple hot and cold food items (e.g., eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruit)
• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions about the breakfast offerings
• Maintain food levels and restock items promptly
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and sanitary at all times
• Clean and maintain kitchen and serving equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and supply orders as needed
• Break down and clean breakfast area after service ends

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• A strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• A reliable and punctual attitude
