About the role

The Breakfast Attendant position involves maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, resolving guest complaints, and overseeing the preparation and restocking of breakfast and evening reception items.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest services
• Resolve guest complaints
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Prepare items needed for the breakfast period
• Oversee preparation of items needed for the evening reception
• Restock items that were depleted during the shift
• Maintain proper storage procedures specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Culinary ability; food and event oriented
• Mornings and weekends availability

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
