Bread Production

Responsibilities

• Operate all machinery, including mixers and proof machines.
• Learn mixing, baking, and table work.
• Ensure product quality during traying.
• Follow safe and sanitary food handling policies.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
• Clean work areas and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Some relevant experience and skills developed through training or work.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Flexible work schedule and weekend availability.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in hot conditions.

• Must be able to read and understand mix formulas.
• Must be able to use a digital and balance scale.
• Must be able to set up equipment and form different types of bread.
• Must be able to place bread in pans or on trays and place on racks for baking.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a noisy and chemical-filled environment.

Schedule

Start time: Between 12pm and 1pm
Set days: Monday, Wednesday-Saturday (Sundays and Tuesdays Off)
Overtime frequent and required
Schedule may change on production needs and holidays

Pay

$18.00 per hour
