Responsibilities

• Mixing and preparing hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads each shift
• Prepping produce and deli products for bakery items
• Mixing and scaling ingredients
• Benching dough
• Loading carts and racks with product
• Lifting and stacking flour
• Operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers, and dough dividers
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment
• Assisting the bakery clerks
• Providing world-class service to our guests as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess basic math skills
• Physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
• Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage
• A passion for putting out a great product consistently
