Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize HVAC&R systems.
- Contribute to the research and development of new technologies to improve air quality and reduce environmental impact.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners on thermal management solutions.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in thermal management engineering.
- Experience with HVAC&R systems, refrigeration, and heat transfer principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
