What Drives Success
Under direct supervision, brazes together components using torch or brazing machine and flux.
- Guides torch and rod along joint of work pieces to heat to brazing temperature, melt braze alloy, and bond work pieces together.
- Affixes necessary tools and equipment, such as torch tips, flux, and brazing alloy, based on data charts or work orders.
- Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience brazing CU/CU on an assembly line
- Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders
- Precision control and dexterity
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- May be required to take related training and/or pass skills tests required for this level
What We Offer
- Compensation: Starting pay range between $20.90/hour. Overtime available for hours worked beyond 40 in a week (or as required by state law).
