About the role
The Junto seeks a skilled bartender who can authentically welcome guests, mix high-quality cocktails, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
- Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards to elevate each guest experience
- Remain efficient, clean, and organized; always working to code while multitasking
- Remain mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
- Ensure responsible alcohol service is of top priority
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender is required
- An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options is required
- A proactive and thoughtful nature is preferred
- A professional demeanor and thoughtful nature are expected
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about mixology and capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations
- Capable of providing impeccable customer service and a smiling face
